You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To qualify for a full refund, the returned item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please ensure that the item is returned in its original packaging.

Our friendly service staff will issue you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. As we always endeavor to improve our service and products, our staff may ask you the reason that you are not completely satisfied and wish to return the item.
After receiving your RMA, place the item securely in its original packaging and include the original proof of purchase you received from us on delivery.

Once we have received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will within 24 hours notify you on the status of your refund after the inspection.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit/debit card.
You will receive a credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
We reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee of 20% from the refund value, to defer the cost associated with insuring the product has not been used or tampered with and returning the product to stock.
